All 'ready to ship' items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Personalised products are custom made individually and can take between 1-3 weeks. Turnaround times for each product is displayed in it's description. If you need a custom order urgently, please get in touch before ordering to check our availability. Please note that this may incur a rush fee.

We are currently ONLY shipping to Australia and New Zealand. All orders are sent via courier with NZ Post.

PARCEL TRACKING

You will receive an automated email with a tracking number once the item has been shipped. If you have not received this email, please check your junk.

If you have not received your order, please track your parcel first before getting in contact with us. Please use this link and enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.

NEW ZEALAND

Orders will take 1-2 working days, please allow a bit longer for rural addresses.

AUSTRALIA

Please allow 6-10 days for your parcel to arrive once it has been shipped. 

Shipping prices are weight based and starts at $25, this will be calculated for you at the checkout before payment.

All delivery target times have been provided by our delivery partners. We are not responsible for delivery errors, missing parcels, breakages or delays caused by our service providers. However, please let us know if there are any issues and we can try our best to help.
